Soft Skills Blocks

We have already worked with Victoria twice on Soft Skills blocks as part of international conferences of Yango Corporate University — Yangoversity. Excellent and even boring feedback from the teams — excellent, practical and empowering. The audience — managers from local markets in South America and the Middle East. It was a special challenge to find a voice that would be heard by people with different managerial experience, different nationalities, formerly from different companies and corporations, working both in the regions and in HQ. I would like to emphasise the comfort in setting tasks in Russian and conducting the session in brilliant English and the energy that kept the attention of a very demanding audience throughout the session.
